Based in Irvine, California, Dale L. Cexton Architects has resources for architectural services. We have completed many projects, which represents several plan concepts, since its inception. Our goal is to continue to develop and improve our residential environment through better design. The Builder Conferences have honored the firm for exemplary design and planning. The Pacific Coast Builders Conference awards program includes seven "Gold Nuggets" since 1985, a 1988 "Gold Nugget Grand Award," and a nomination for "House of the Year." Other notable local honors include the Inland Empires Sales and Marketing Council "Laurel Award" and the Orange County Sales and Marketing Council "MAME AWARD" for outstanding product design. At the national award level, Dale L. Cexton Architects was awarded two National Association of Home Builders "Best in America Living Grand Awards" for best overall design under 1,800 square feet, and best overall design for a One-of-a-Kind Custom Home Over 4,000 square feet. Our greatest Award Winning Design was based on quick assumption of product and good profits. The Builder and Architect teams and merchandising consultants brought these projects to successful completion.
